"Our Party since its re-organisation, has become a carefully organised, well-trained and strictly-dis-

ciplined one. All the members observe its disciplines, and are well-conversent with. its policies and prepared to lead with all sincerity the masses of different places in revolutionary work. Of the many causes that may make us fail in our revolution, separation and dissension among our revolutionary factors are the most important. Now all members have been unified, and are all working hard on a joint front. They are not like those members who previous- ly fought separately in a loose fashion. The entire forces we employed in our former revolution, consisted merely of people's troops recruited at time of urgency and soldiers who were ignorant of the purposes of revolution. never been properly educated, and knew no purpose. have a national revolutionary army, well trained, well purposed, energetic and ready to sacrifice themselves. Formerly, the troops could not work in harmony with the masses as the forces of those masses, and therefore we were defeated. Now our revolutionary army can work for the benefit of the people and as their vanguards, and I believe that in a year we shall be able definitely to accomplish the Chinese National Revolution.
